Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (but usually quicker). If you have a special occasion or a holiday coming up please contact us after placing your order so that we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time. Please also select speedy shipping at Checkout if you would like your companion shipped first class and processed quicker. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship all orders by Royal Mail - all orders will be posted 2nd class delivery unless speedy shipping is selected at checkout, in which we would send your companion by first class - and ensure this was posted the next working day.
Shore Cotton currently accepts orders globally - and ships globally too. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail and as standard delivery unless otherwise chosen at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. We do not provide tracking numbers but will supply proof of postage incase there is a delay or missed delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Shore Cotton is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after
shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shore Cotton is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us & the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
