We want all of our Shore Cotton customers to be completely head over heels in love with their companion - and if it's not quite right for you we want to fix it. Please read below for our full return & refund policy, and contact us at if you have any queries or issues with your new companion.

If you have an issue with you Shore Cotton companion, please send us an email within 1 week of recieving your delivery so that we can try to resolve this. If you would still like to return your companion, please return within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we
will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
